Rizhao is a candidate to host the 2022 CSL

CFA is set to visit Rizhao, a city of 3m population in Shandong province. Rizhao is now a candidate to host the 2022 CSL, after Wuhan and Hangzhou withdraw host rights due to the rise of Covid cases. The city has a football-only stadium with 36, 000 seats.
