No China NT training camp before winter

As the 2023 AFC Asian Cup host rights are relinquished, China NT's calendar in 2021 is restructured. Though it will still the U-23 side participating the EAFF E-1 Championship, no training camp for the senior side will be initiated before the winter with main focus on the CSL season.
