Russian athletes eligible for Hangzhou 2022

The Olympic Council of Asia announced on Thursday that Russian and Belarussian athletes will be offered opportunities to compete for the Hangzhou Asian Games (postponed to September, 2023). The Hangzhou 2022 could be the 1st time European athletes participating the Asian Games.
