After 3 years, U-23 rule is lift from CSL

CFA announced that the U-23 rule will be abandoned in the new season after being imposed for 6 years. Since 2017, CSL teams have been asked to field a certain number of players under the age of 23 in a single match (details differ throughout the 6 years).
