Zhou Qi is eligible to join other CBA teams

Zhou Qi had been prohibited of joining other CBA teams on the grounds of Xinjiang Flying Tiger's priority of signing after his last contract expired. As the 'priority of signing' is now seen as a violation of CBA rules, Zhou Qi may return to CBA after 1.5 years in Australia.
