Nantong Zhiyun announce the 3rd signing of foreign players: Romario Balde joins the newly-promoted CSL side from Ratchaburi. As Ze Turbo, the key player leading Nantong to win the CSL promotion, the striker who used to play for Benfica B team, is from Guinea Bissau.
