The size of the CSL reduced to 16 teams?

As a couple of teams are on the verge of withdrawal, the size of the CSL in the 2023 season is likely to be reduced back from 18 teams to 16 teams. The number of teams to participate the 2023 CL1(18 teams last season) and CL2 (21 teams last season ) are to be determined.
