Kunshan is not approved CSL certificate

Kunshan, the CL1 champion last season who is set to play CSL this year, is not approved CSL certificate in the new season, reportedly due to financial issues. Four months ago Kunshan players lift the CL1 trophy and local fans expected for the first CSL season in history.
