CSL announced that Ma Zhen is awarded as the CSL goalkeeper of April. The Shanghai Shenhua goalie kept clean sheet in 3 of the 4 games, in which Shenhua all secured 1-goal wins. In the Shanghai derby his excellent performance helped Shenhua earn a draw away from home.
