Ricardo Rodriguez finally confirmed

Though it has been confirmed a long while ago, Wuhan Three Towns finally made the announcement today: Ricardo Rodriguez is appointed as the head coach. The Spanish coach used to lead Urawa Red Diamonds to win the Emperor Cup and advance to the ACL final.
