Henan appoint Yang Chen as deputy CEO

After Li Weifeng resigns as the club CEO, though Henan has not appointed a new CEO, they announced Yang Chen, the ex-China international, to take charge as the deputy CEO. Before the appointment, Yang Chen has been the China men's U-16 head coach.
