Korean Baduk Association apologizes

The Korean Baduk Association has issued an official apology regarding the LG Cup incident, in which Ke Jie was judged to withdraw from the game. It state that it will work with the Chinese Go Association and the Japan Go Association to discuss and establish unified rules for world championships.
